Wedding Terms & Conditions

 

These terms outline the agreement between you (the client) and Acacia Creative Studio. By paying a booking fee to secure your wedding date and floral design services, you are agreeing to the following:

 


Booking & Payment
  • To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the confirmed quote is required.

  • This quote is valid for four weeks from the date it is sent. No payment is expected until you confirm you’re happy to proceed.

  • This booking fee will be deducted from your final invoice, but is non-refundable if:

    • The date changes

    • The wedding is cancelled for any reason

    • You choose to work with another florist

If you’d like to reserve your date before a consultation or full quote, we’re happy to accept the 20% deposit based on an estimated average spend. Final costs may vary depending on your specific floral requirements.

 


Cancellations & Changes
  • If cancelled 8 weeks or less before the wedding, an additional 20% of the total cost will be charged.

  • If cancelled 6 weeks or less before the wedding, the full balance will be due.

  • If your final balance is not paid 6 weeks before the wedding, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The booking fee will not be refunded.

We understand plans may change. If your wedding is rescheduled, and all original designs are still required, we’ll aim to move your booking—subject to availability—without additional fees.

 


Final Details
  • Your final balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date. Please ensure your invoice details are correct and payment is made on time.

  • A design review will take place around 2 months before the wedding, where any changes or additions can be finalised via meeting, email or phone.

 


Delivery, Set-Up & Payment
  • Delivery and set-up charges will be included in your initial quote where applicable.

  • A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.

  • While we always aim to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control. If an issue arises, we will do our best to find a suitable solution. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

 


Exclusivity

Unless agreed in advance, Acacia Creative Studio must be the sole supplier of fresh flowers at your wedding.

 


Flower Selection & Design

We will always do our best to source the flowers and varieties discussed, but please note:

  • Specific flower types cannot be guaranteed, as availability can change.

  • We’ll use your wishlist and mood board as inspiration, but designs are bespoke and will not be exact replicas of reference images.

  • You can choose to:

    • Trust us with full creative control

    • Agree on a colour and style palette together

All designs are tailored uniquely for your day.

 


Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute vases, props, or sundry items if the agreed items are unavailable. These changes will always reflect the overall style and quality discussed.

 


Hired Items
  • Hired items (e.g. vases, props) require a £200 security deposit.

  • The client is responsible for all lost or damaged items, which will be charged at full retail value and deducted from the deposit.

  • The deposit will be refunded in full once all hired items are safely returned.

 


On-the-Day Quality & Issues

If you have concerns about your flowers, you must contact us on the day of the event within 1 hours of delivery/setup.

  • This allows us the opportunity to make corrections immediately.

  • Complaints made after the event cannot be accepted, so please check everything carefully on the day.
